About this consent

The Cockatoos regularly take photographs and videos at training sessions, games, tournaments and Club activities. We may use images of players to promote the Club and wheelchair basketball.

This may include use on the Club's:

• website

• Facebook and Instagram pages

• promotional material and publications

• presentations, newsletters and other Club communications

• media coverage of Club activities

We will not publish a junior player's full name alongside their photograph without separate permission.

Parent/Guardian Consent

I consent to Lane Cove Cockatoos Wheelchair Basketball Club Inc photographing and/or recording my child during Club activities and using those images or recordings for the purposes described above.

I understand that:

• participation in photographs or videos is voluntary;

• I can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting the Club;

• the Club cannot necessarily recall or remove material that has already been published or distributed;

• images will be used in a manner consistent with the Club's purposes and its Privacy Policy.
